Delivery Policy

Free shipping on all orders over $300!

Orders which qualify for our free shipping promotion are send according to the terms and conditions of our Standard – Flat Rate Shipping option. Please see below.

We offer a few different delivery options, please read over each one and select the most suitable option:

In-store Pickup - Free
Customer ID is required for in-store pickup to prevent fraud. If someone besides you is picking up your online order please let us know in the comments, by email or phone as soon as possible so we can give pick-up authorisation. One full business day is required for processing in-store pickup orders (Mon-Fri). This does not include weekends & public holidays. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

Standard – Flat Rate Shipping (Signature Included) $10.00.
Our standard, flat rate service is not express freighted. Therefore, depending on your location delivery can take up to 7 business days. Signature Required Freight is included so you will not need to worry about your items going missing at delivery. However if you would like to have your order left at your premises please specify in the comments. Tackle World Adelaide Metro, Australia Post or Star Track Express are not responsible if your consignment goes missing if you have elected to have your consignment left unattended at the shipping address provided. If no one will be home to collect your consignment we recommend providing a business address as your shipping address. The Northern Territory, Islands or Remote communities (such as but not limited to: north of Cooktown, QLD and the Kimberley region) may not qualify for the $10 flat rate. Tackle World Adelaide Metro is entitled to ask for additional funds if necessary. We will endeavour to keep these costs down as much as possible for you, our customers however it is not always possible. Us at Tackle World Adelaide Metro apologies in advance for any inconvenience. PO Box Deliveries are available with our standard service.

Express – (Signature Included) $20.00.
Our express service is fast! Depending on your location delivery is usually between 1-3 business days however it can take up to 7 days in rural areas. Signature Required Freight is included so you will not need to worry about your items going missing at delivery. However if you would like to have your order left at your premises please specify in the comments. Bulky or Larger Items ($20+)
Rods, rod tubes, tackle boxes, nets, traps, gaffs, waders, spear guns, hand spears or any other larger than average item will be assigned its own shipping rate. It can be seen on the web page of the respective product. Signature required delivery is not included. Tackle World Adelaide Metro, Australia Post or Star Track Express are not responsible if your consignment goes missing if you have elected to have your consignment left unattended at the shipping address provided. If no one will be home to collect your consignment we recommend providing a business address as your shipping address. If you would like to sign for your consignment please specify in the comments. A $5.00 fee will manually be charged to your order. Deliveries to the Northern Territory, Islands or Remote communities (such as but not limited to: north of Cooktown, QLD and the Kimberley region) may not qualify for the fixed shipping rate. Tackle World Adelaide Metro is entitled to ask for additional funds if necessary. We will endeavour to keep these costs down as much as possible for you, our customers however it is not always possible. Us at Tackle World Adelaide Metro apologies in advance for any inconvenience. PO Box Delivery is not available with bulky or large items as Australia Post will not hold consignments with any dimension exceeding 1m or weight exceeding 20kg.

Northern Territory & Country/Rural Areas:
If you require delivery to Northern Territory, Islands or remote communities (such as but not limited to: north of Cooktown, QLD and the Kimberley region) with any delivery service there may be additional postage charges which may need to be applied to your order. Additional fees for orders NOT containing bulky or large items can be up to $30 extra and sometimes much more for bulky and large items. We will contact you to work out the details if this is the case.

If you require re-delivery of your consignment package after the initial attempt please contact us. An additional delivery fee is charged on top of the initial delivery fee for this service.

Please also note that although we use flat rates for most of the shipping, some large or excessive orders may require an additional amount for postage - we will contact you if this is the case.

All orders will come with a tracking number for you to track your package. Please check your email after ordering as we will provide you with your tracking number and details. If a tracking number is not provided please contact us for one. Our email address is written below.

If you are checking out as a guest - please provide an email if you wish to receive the information required for tracking details.

We use a customised real-time stock controlling system to ensure the availability of our products is correctly displayed on our online store. However there is a small chance of an administrative, coding or computing error occurring. If some goods are unavailable after you have placed your order we will contact you immediately on the next business day.

We ship to Australia only - no international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience.

All orders are dispatched via Star Track Express or Australia Post.

All orders have a despatch window of up to 3 business days. 95% of the time they are dispatched within 1 business day however we have made the allowance for additional days of holding in the event your order requires attention (missing item, invalid delivery address, etc.). We reserve the right to hold your order until last point of contact beyond resolving any issues with your order for up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
